What is The Lemonade Club (TLC)?
The Lemonade Club is a private, peer-led and peer-supported forum created and hosted by Tina Swithin, author of Divorcing a Narcissist and founder of One Mom’s Battle.
Through her own ten-year custody battle, Tina experienced the harsh reality of post separation abuse and the deep betrayal that can happen when systems meant to protect families instead enable abuse to continue. The journey was isolating, and even well-meaning friends and family struggled to understand what she was facing. While her marriage had been painful and confusing, divorcing a narcissist brought the abuse to levels few could comprehend.
After a decade in family court, Tina’s case concluded in 2019 when she successfully terminated her ex-husband’s parental rights and secured peace for her family. The Lemonade Club was created to offer the kind of safe, understanding community she wished had existed during her own fight — a space for survivors to connect, share, and support one another outside of typical social media platforms.

In addition to the online forum, the group is invited to a monthly Zoom call hosted by Tina Swithin. The zoom call takes place on
the 3rd Monday of every month at 6 PM Pacific time
